This video outlines the social, financial, medical, and general imbalance of children from the top 10 percentile. Using existing character illustrations and UNICEF report, I created simple infographics to convey the message of global inequality. I worked on simplifying UNICEF's detailed and complex statistics into simple visuals that maintained the integrity of the data without overwhelming viewers with information. ________ Statistic Illustrations done in Adobe Illustrator.

Crash Course Mythology
Crash Course Mythology is a 42 episode series of educational videos on the subject, Mythology. Hosted by Mike Rugnetta, with production by the Crash Course team and animation by Thought Café. The Thought Café team developed the style for Crash Course and continues to develop a growing library of assets. I am the main illustrator on this series and had a great time exploring characters, architecture, and styles from around the world. Because there is such a focus myths from around the world, the myth illustrations take the Crash Course style in a more detailed and intricate direction, allowing for the beauty of different cultures to be appreciated. ___________

The Get Airports Ready for Disaster (GARD) programme is a joint initiative between UNDP and Deutsche Post DHL. Given the critical role that airports play in delivering emergency goods and services following a disaster, GARD focuses on increasing the capacities of airport staff to manage the sudden increase in air traffic, goods and personnel typical in a post-disaster period. As of July 2014, GARD has trained over 430 people across 24 airports in Armenia, Bangladesh, El Salvador, Lebanon, Nepal, Panama, Peru, the Philippines and Turkey.

A UI design for a web application that addresses the issue of coral reef destruction by connecting the daily choices of a person, to the positive or negative ramifications with regards to a reef. The site gamifies a serious issue to garner attention, while seeking to educate users on the reach of their actions. As users progress through the reef site, they can make decisions which bleach the coral or bring it to a state of colourful vitality. The site also presents live social media updates from relevant organizations, commenting on the current status of the issue. The product is designed to be mobile friendly with touch a interface for cellphones and tablets. ______________________________
